at: Marada Industries, Westminster, Maryland. Used for the
production of automotive stamping and progressive die operations.

Servo Feeder/Straightener - Model CPFS-400-54
Mounted
on a heavy duty fabricated cabinet base. Manual hand crank passline
adjustment feature. AC brushless servo drive system. Kevlar non-stretch
timing belt and low inertia aluminum alloy pulley drive system. Close
tolerance cluster gear drivetrain for straighter rolls. Designed with
seven (7) independent breaker rolls and two (2) sets of feed rolls to
effectively remove coil set from material and accurately position the
strip in the tooling. Breaker roll depth settings individually adjustable
by heavy duty screw jacks. Master control station with BG-2 Controller
and operator push buttons.

to Feeder/Straightener cabinet for hands-free threading capability.
Two-axis peeler table with telescoping peeler blade for controlling
leading edge of the coil strip. Coil debender for back-bending leading
edge of the coil strip for effective threading into pinch rolls.

Heavy
duty reel designed to hold one (1) 20,000 lb. coil. All motions controlled
by push button control. Hydraulic wedge type expansion mechanism and
threading drive. Rear mounted coil hold down arm with motorized end-wheel
for controlling material clockspring and effective threading. Traveling
coil car with 14" of vertical lift.
