This complete coil processing line installed by Coe Press Equipment is comprised of an AC Servo Digital Roll Feed, Threading Table, Power Straightener and Coil Reel. Line is a general purpose feeding application for progressive die and blanking operations. See our complete line of coil processing machines.

Installed at: Midway Products Group, Ottoville, Ohio. General purpose feeding application for 1000 ton version press. Progressive die and blanking operations.

AC Servo Digital Roll Feed
Model CPRF-654

Heavy duty cabinet base with motorized passline adjustment feature. AC brushless servo drive system. Low inertia aluminum alloy drive pulleys and Kevlar non-stretch timing belt drive train. Close tolerance cluster gears drive the upper feed roll. True pivoting pilot release of upper roll for running progressive dies. Overhead cable set between feed and operator console. ServoMaster Controller provides keypad input of all parameters, detailed diagnostics, on-the-fly micro adjustments, and many other features.

Threading Table
 Model CPDTT-5412

Dual sided construction with pneumatic raise and lower. Adjustable passline height feature to match roll feed. Solid top table construction. Designed to run 54" wide coil and provide 12' loop area between roll feed and straightener.

Power Straightener
Model CPPS-PO-400-54

Heavy duty free standing inclined cabinet base. Designed with seven (7) breaker rolls to back-bend coiled stock and remove coil set. Solid breaker rolls. Breaker rolls individually adjusted by heavy duty screw jacks and positioned by SIKO digital indicators. Large diameter entrance and exit pinch rolls. All rolls driven by close tolerance cluster gear drive train. Trabon automatic lubrication system. Ultra-sonic loop control provides input to 20 HP AC variable speed drive motor. Hands-free threading system with a peeler / threader / hold down station. Pushbutton control station for straightener and coil reel functions.

Coil Reel
Model 40054

Heavy duty single end reel designed to hold one (1) 40,000 lb. steel coil. Hydraulic threading drive and expansion features. Air disc brake with dual pressure circuitry for consistent back tensioning. Quick-release coil keepers. Traveling coil car with vee-deck and 18" of vertical lift.
