Heavy-duty
structural framework provided to mount the blank conveyer system. Programmable
servo drive provided to optimize accel, decel, and speed of the blanks.
Station located inside the press column and designed to clear the transfer
mechanism. Magnets located between the conveyor lanes to control the
blanks. Pickup station with 2 front stops to help locate the parts as
they are indexed into the station. Digital reference indicator provided
and adjustment by motor and encoder. Passline of the conveyor system
adjusted by a motorized screw jack arrangement. Adjustment +/- 5”
at the end of the conveyer and at the corresponding angle. Position
of the end stops and the passline height stored in the job recipe matrix

Production shear top actuated by a hydraulic cylinder arrangement –
2 cylinders. Shear ram guided by heavy duty guide bars that travel in
precision guide bushings. Shear blade indexable with 4 cutting edges
to optimize time between sharpenings. Provided with an adjustable air
operated hold down to maintain control of material during cut.
