Servo Roll Feeds — Coe Press Equipment combines intelligent design, high quality components, and precision assembly to produce a full range of dependable and versatile servo roll feeds. Roll feed widths from 12” through 84” and feed roll sizes from 5.0” through 8.0” diameter are standard. Material thickness ranges from .010” to .625” can be processed. Optional features such as motorized passline, anti-backup rolls, overhead scaleable sets, alternative matte chrome roll finishes, and a wide range of standard servo controls allow these feeds to be customized to meet any application needs.

ServoMaster Series Feeds — Servo roll feeds provide the speed, precision, and power required for light, medium and heavy gauge material stamping applications. This new series of servo roll feeds offers modular design and construction as the basis for their competitive market price. Rugged and precise construction of the feed head and exceptional quality of components make this series of servo roll feeds the "best value in the industry". Coe Press Equipment offers a variety of roll diameters and widths in this product line. Four models are available as standard, Series 1 with 2.25" diameter rolls, Series 2 with 2.65" diameter rolls, Series 3 with 3.0" diameter rolls and Series 4 with 4.0 diameter rolls. Material thickness from .010" to .310" can be processed depending on the material width and speed requirements.

Zig Zag Servo Roll Feeds — Coe Press Equipment’s compact Zig-Zag Servo Roll Feeds have smaller coil widths for zig-zag coil-fed processing applications. The compact Zig-Zag Servo Roll Feeds are ideally suited for products requiring zig-zag applications on a smaller scale. The machines deliver maximum material processing of 12-30” coil widths and maximum material thickness ranges of .020” to .187”. The models are press mounted and can process at 576 feet per minute. The compact Zig-Zag Servo Roll Feeds have a Y-axis shuttle travel of 4”-12” that is suitable for “one-out” or “multiple-out” applications. Coe’s ServoMaster 3 Dual Axis Controller with “multiple-out” programming allows for quick and accurate calculation and set up on all machine parameters.

Heavy Duty Power Straighteners — Our full line of heavy duty power straightener equipment can process material at widths from 1.0” to 84.0” and thickness from .010” to .625”. The correct design of breaker roll diameter and center distance spacing provides effective removal of coil set for all material types and size combinations. Six different models are available to meet the widest range of material types and thickness. Models are provided with oversized pinch rolls to maintain rigidity and provide the pull-off capacity required for coil weights up to 60,000 pounds. Breaker roll sizes from 1.75” to 6.00” are available with the capability of providing roller “back-ups” for low deflection applications. A wide variety of options and custom engineering can be provided to meet any application demands. These rugged machines are mounted on heavy-duty structural steel cabinet bases and typically outfitted with our Peeler / Threader / Hold Down system for effective hands-free threading of the toughest materials. Optional features such as digital roll height indicators, non-marking chrome rolls, motorized breaker rolls, Trabon automatic lubrication, and a variety of PLC and automation functions are available.

ServoMaster Series Straighteners — This series of power straighteners has been designed to work exclusively with our ServoMaster Series Servo roll feeds to provide effective processing of light, medium and heavy gauge coil stock. This new series of straighteners offers modular design and construction as the basis for their competitive market process. Rugged and precision construction of the straightener head and exceptional quality of components make this series of straighteners the "best value in the industry". Coe Press Equipment offers a variety of straightener roll sizes and machine widths in this product line. Three models are available as standard. 175 Series with 1.75" diameter breaker rolls, 250 Series with 2.50" diameter breaker rolls, and 350 Series with 3.50 breaker rolls. Material thickness from .010" to .310" can be processed depending on material width and speed. All straighteners are designed with optimum center distance spacing to process the widest range of materials and oversize pinch rolls provide maximum pull-off capabilities. Optional features such as digital roll height indicators, back-up roller assemblies, non-marking chrome rolls, and peeling and threading devices allow these straighteners to be customized to meet any application needs.

Coil Reels and Cars — Coe Press Equipment coil reels have capacities ranging from 2,500 lbs. to 60,000 lbs. and widths ranging from 12” to 84”. The design of our reels incorporates a unique “bearing tube” with dual cup and cone Timken bearings to the mandrel and a heavy duty cabinet base. Both motorized and pull-off type reels are available, depending on the application. Single-end configurations are provided as standard, and Double-ended configurations can be provided to optimize production efficiency by lowering the coil changeover time. Most models are available as Traveling Reels that can be combined with automatic centering functions. Coil handling accessory options include traveling coil cars, coil lift stations, traveling upenders, coil storage racks and turnstiles. Productivity options include coil hold downs, hold downs with motorized endwheels, coil keepers, power coil guides, and automatic backtension systems. Custom engineering can be provided to meet any application demands.

SpaceMaster Compact Coil Line — The SpaceMaster Compact Coil Line Series combines the three functions of unwinding, straightening, and feeding of coil stock into one machine. This compact arrangement provides optimum coil feeding efficiency with pilot release operation and saves valuable plant floorspace. It is rigidly mounted on a common base to maximize stability during feeding. Three models are available:

Cradle/Feeder/Straightener The cradle/feeder/straightener type of processing line is designed to uncoil the material while holding the coil OD and feed the material with a combination feeder/straightener. This equipment is effective for applications with minimum floor space availability and heavy gauge material. This rugged coil feeding system is available in a wide range of feeder-straightener models and coil nest roll configurations. Coil thicknesses up to .625" can be processed and coil weights up to 40,000 pounds can be processed. Our cradle/feeder/straighteners are available with options such as coil storage ramps, powered inside guideplates, hold down roll assemblies, peeler / debender devices, motorized passline adjustment and motorized breaker roll adjustment.

Air Feed — The air feed is a cost effective entry level feeding system offered in a full range of sizes and capacities. Starting with the CF200 with a 2” diameter air feed cylinder through the CF600 with a 6” diameter air feed cylinder, this product can provide the driving force to meet any application needs. Wide and heavy material applications utilize an double-feed head for gripping and feeding the coil stock. The air feed equipment can be designed for special feeding applications including: wire feeding, tube feeding, push-pull applications, dual strip applications, and zig-zag applications.
