This complete conventional coil feed system from Coe Press Equipment includes a servo roll feed, dual coil threading table, power straightener with peeler/threader/hold down station and coil reel (with extra 3 extra sets of narrow coil keepers). Coil reel includes a hydraulic travel car and remote job pendant.

Coe Press Equipment has provided A&Z Automotive of Centerline, Mich. with a fully integrated 72" coil feed line.

The line features a CPRF 672 servo roll feed capable of processing materials up to 0.125" x 72" wide. A heavy-duty cabinet base with press mount brackets, and a high-performance, maintenance-free AC brushless servo motor are just two of the CPRF 672's standard features. To further enhance the capability to process a wide range of material types and thickness, the servo feed is provided with a secondary pull-thru straightener.

The line also features a CPPS 400-72 power straightener equipped with #3 matte chrome upper and lower entrance pinch rolls and a 30 HP AC variable speed drive. A&Z Automotive also received a CPTT 7215 threading table set up for a 15' loop area. A CPR-PO 40072 stationary coil reel capable of handling 40,000 pounds of coil is integrated with a hydraulic traveling coil car for staging and loading.
