Coe Press Equipment has provided Bing Stamp and Assembly with a fully integrated 72” coil feed line that includes servo roll feed, power straightener with oversize pinch rolls and dual coil threading table. Completing the line is a coil reel with traveling coil car.

Coe Press Equipment has provided Bing Stamp and Assembly with a fully integrated 72" coil feed line. Located in Detroit, Bing Stamp and Assembly is a division of The Bing Group.

The line features a CPRF 772 servo roll feed capable of processing material up to .125" x 72" wide. The servo feed includes a heavy-duty cabinet base with press mount brackets, a high-performance, maintenance-free AC brushless servo motor, and a remote jog pendant.

The fully integrated line also includes a CPPS 305 power straightener with oversize 5" pinch rolls, and a 30 HP AC variable speed drive. The CPTT 7215 dual threading table is set up for a 15' loop. Completing the line is a CPR-PO 30072 coil reel, which can handle up to 30,000 pounds of coil. Effective coil staging and loading is accomplished with a CPCC-30072 hydraulic traveling coil car with 18" of vertical lift.
