SESCO Products Group Introduces New Cradle/Straightener/Feeder Lines
Coe Press Equipment Corporation’s SESCO Products Group now offers a new line of cradle/straightener/ feeders. SESCO Products Group’s (SPG) cradle/straightener/feeders (CSF) can handle materials from .060” to .750” with up to 160,000 PSI of yield strength and widths up to 78” and 60,000 lb. coil weight capacity.
These units use minimum floor space with hands-free loading and threading in a compact, user-friendly unit. Optional configurations of the unit can be provided to enhance the customer’s changing demands. Automatic set up and adjustable pass line increase the ability of the customer to achieve improved set up time.
Multiple-stage magazine storage ramps allow jobs to be staged for increased throughput. Traversing ramps allow loading of coils in dissimilar bays with the ability to be transferred and processed in the CSF system. SPG edge-guide system allows the CSF systems to automatically move laterally to help best position and compensate for material camber. In-process crop shears help to discard unusable outer or inner coil diameters. Available in-line stock oilers evenly apply compound. These systems are heavy-duty and will provide long term service with minimal maintenance.
