(CSF) are unparalleled in the metal forming industry. These heavy-duty
machines have proven capable of handling materials from .060" to
.750" thick with up to 160,000 PSI yield strength, widths up to 78"
and 60,000# coil weight capacity. These units utilize minimum floor space
with hands free loading and threading in a compact, user-friendly system.
Optional configurations of the unit can be provided to enhance the customer's
changing demands. Automatic set-up and adjustable pass line allows for
job memory and increases the ability of the customer to achieve optimum
efficiency.
Multiple stage magazine storage ramps allow for staging multiple coils for increased throughput. Traversing ramps allow loading of coils in dissimilar bays with the ability to be transferred and processed in the CSF system. Sesco Products Group edge guide system allows the CSF system to automatically move laterally to position the strip and compensate for material camber. In-process crop shears help to discard unusable outer or inner coil diameters, while in line stock oilers allow for an even application of drawing compound. These systems are the most durable and maintainable units in the marketplace.
