Coil Reels

COE Press Equipment manufactures Coil Reels with capacities from 2,500 lbs. to 60,000 lbs. and widths ranging from 12" to 84" . Both motorized and pull-off type reels are offered depending on the application and line configuration. All capacities are available as single-end or, for increased production efficiency, double-ended reel configurations. COE reels feature a unique bearing tube support of the mandrel using dual cup and cone roller bearings. Coil handling optional equipment includes traveling coil cars, coil lift stations, traveling upenders, coil storage racks and turnstiles. Productivity optional equipment includes coil hold downs, hold downs with motorized endwheels, coil keepers, power coil guides, and automatic backtension systems.
