Coil Washers and Blank Washers

For effective cleaning of steel and aluminum materials, COE Press Equipment offers a complete line of Coil Strip and Blank Washers. Our systems feature pinch rolls, scrubbing rolls or brushes, and squeegee rolls of 3M non-woven synthetic material with "self-healing" features to ensure long lasting performance. These machines can be configured directly into your coil processing equipment or designed into a sheet destacking and feeding machine. The upper washer head is designed for quick and convenient access to allow for roll removal and maintenance. The washers come with a wide variety of options based upon your particular need. Options include powered lateral rollout for maintenance, mist collection systems, automatic lubrication, heated wash systems, automatic filter changing and others to meet each customer's exact needs.
New Hot Water Washing
COE’s latest washing innovation features a truly ‘green’ approach to coil washing. Enviroclean systems feature several green technologies including the elimination of chemicals through use of clean filtered water, heat reclamation, water condensate return and oil reclamation. These innovations deliver approximately three times more energy and cost efficiency as compared to competitive equipment. Plus, they meet an amazing clean specification of > .25 ppm. Coil and Blank Spray Lubricators
To protect the finish of metal blanks, COE offers Spray Coaters and Lubricators for applying lubricants and rust preventatives. These airless spraying systems can be mounted at the exit side of a blank washer or into a blank destacking system. Spray patterns, which are controllable through the PLC, can be customized to cover various shaped blanks as each spray nozzle is individually solenoid-controlled. To minimize overspray, COE offers Mist Collection Systems and a Lateral Rollout option for easy service and maintenance.
