Servo Feed Controls
COE's ServoMaster Touch™ Controller, featuring a 5.7” color touchscreen interface, offers users a true digital solution with full integration of critical components to provide the speed, precision, and power required for a variety of feeding applications. It provides Servo Feed Interface (SFI) with all major press controls to provide the operator with a single-point entry for the press and servo feed. Other standard benefits include a Feed Advisor that automatically optimizes feed parameters, "On the Fly" micro length adjustment, English or Spanish language, 500-job memory function, S-curve acceleration for improved accuracy, and production data reporting of feed cycles and material usage.
Feedline Automation Controls
COE Press Equipment provides the most technologically advanced coil feedline control solutions available in the market today -- designed to work with a wide range of hardware from a variety of control companies including Allen Bradley, Siemens, Square D, Mitsubishi, Indramat, Beckoff and more. These systems have been developed to provide set-up and changeover efficiency for the uncoiling, straightening, and feeding process.
PLC based operating systems and touchscreen operator interfaces make the system easy to operate and graphically appealing. Detailed "SET-UP" and "STATUS" screens provide set-up and troubleshooting assistance. Line Automation Systems allow the operator to manage multiple devices and machine axis. The Feedline will automatically control functions such as roll feed passline height, straightener breaker roll positions, breaker roll "on the fly" adjustments, coil center position on reel, loop depth position, calculated linespeed control, automatic brake tension and modulation, tailout operations and others.
