COE's space-saving Multi-Mode design combines a compact coil line, oscillating shear press and a blank destacker into one system capable of processing blanks and coils strip in six different modes. All machine set-up parameters are stored by the Job Recipe Manager to simplify and speed set-up. As compared to other systems, a Multi-Mode System offers reduced material cost, improved quality, lower material handling requirements, cycle time reduction, and less labor, dunnage and scrap.
