HEAVY GAUGE CAPACITIES

Our 305, 355, 400, 406, 500 and 508 Series of power straighteners are designed to provide the speed, torque and straightening capacity required for light, medium or heavy gauge processing. They process coil materials in the range of .010" to .265" thicknesses, up to 84” coil widths. Beefy, rigid standard features allow you to pull-off extreme coil weights (up to 60,000 lb capacities), while still effectively straightening lighter gauge and pre-painted materials.

Coe Press Equipment’s heavy gauge processing solutions include power straighteners, pull-through straighteners, precision levelers. Additional equipment includes closed-coupled configurations, threading tables, traveling coil cars and other heavy-gauge coil equipment. Line includes 6 models.

These power straighteners are typically matched with the Heavy Duty Series 5 through 8 servo roll feeds and 10,000 lb to 60,000 lb capacity coil reels.

Standard features include a rigid tie-bar construction of the straightener head, oversize #3 matte chrome coated pinch rolls, seven independent straightening rolls, a cluster gear driven drivetrain, exit side pinch rolls, AC variable speed drive technology, and many others are provided to make these straighteners an exceptional value. Extensive optional equipment can be combined to meet a wide range of material straightening applications.
