With the addition of the Sesco Products Group (SPG) venture, Coe Press Equipment Corporation (CPEC) has broadened its product offering, enhanced its expertise in certain market niches, increased its application engineering, and is providing greater value to its metal stamping customers.
Sesco Products Group’s Conventional Coil Feed Lines offer unparalleled quality, functionality and longevity. With lines capable of handling materials from .008” to .500” thick, widths ranging fro 18” to 86” and capable of running at 300 plus feet per minute, they are extremely versatile. Double end, single end, and our twin mandrel un-coilers (capable of handling 80,000 pounds) all with the ability to traverse to your desired material centerline, allow for the perfect fit to your processing needs. Our new single end un-coiler with an outboard support (capable of coils up to 75,000 pounds) also utilizes our traversing system and is an industry first that is in production with superb results.
Top and bottom payoff allows for the inner or outer material to be processed on the judgment of production designation. Multiple coil staging designs with automatic loading and unwrapping stations allow for proper job set up and staging. Sesco Product Group’s crop shear and crimping capability allow for disposal of unwanted material and presents an outstanding leading edge for processing. Strip washing and oiling can be achieved through brush or brush-less washers with the capability to handle your material demands. Straighteners with roll configurations from 7 to 11 rolls (backed up) and our 19-roll leveler can flatten any material that you need processed.
Our electronic roll feeds offer a direct drive format and adjustable pass line ability. With our in-press feeder, scrap savings and tail-out convenience can be achieved. Various scrap disposal and conveyor systems can be addressed to help control waste and recycling management. SPG systems are made with our customers input; this continuous input has advanced our product to new levels of quality and convenience.
