Sesco Product Group's technical service staff is trained to support our entire product line as well as general coil processing set-up and troubleshooting techniques.

Our field service technicians are available to support many on-site customer needs. These include:

All factory service technicians are dispatched from our plant located in Sterling Heights, Michigan.

To provide the fastest customer response time in the industry, Sesco Products Group offers unique customer technical service. A service technician is always available for technical phone service during normal business hours. Production efficiency, machine set-up, and troubleshooting recommendations can be provided for immediate results. After hours service is available through our 24 hour technical phone service. Any customer that requires immediate off-shift support will get a response from one of our factory trained technicians within 1 hour of calling the factory.
