Group offers Spray Coaters/Lubricators for spraying drawing lubricants
and/or rust preventatives to the blank. This airless spraying system can
be mounted to the exit side of a blank washer or into a blank destacking
system. Various film thicknesses can be applied to the blank to the appropriate
feed rate of the blank, all controllable through a PLC. A mist collection
unit helps to minimize overspray (electrostatic type unites also available).
Its three-stage filter design (all easily accessible through a hinged
door on the face of the filter media module) enhances the overall delivery
of lubrication. Optional features include lateral roll design for enhanced
serviceability, and a wide range of nozzle features (strainers, quick-change
units, atomizing type nozzles).
