Oscillating Shear Dies
Sesco Products Group oscillating shear dies can turn a conventional blanking press into an efficient trap shear line. These advanced tools utilize the latest in servo drive technology to optimize the production of trapezoid and parallel cut blanks. This process optimizes material utilization, reduces scrap, and simplifies the material requirements for subsequent stamping operations.
Mechanical Oscillating Shear Presses
High speed blanking and cut-to-length lines are provided with mechanical shear presses with eccentric shaft drivetrain designs. An AC variable speed motor and oversized flywheel provide the energy for the most consistent delivery of continuous torque. These machines can be combined with high speed coil processing machinery to provide line speeds in excess of 300 FPM and stroke rates up to 80 SPM.
Hydraulic Oscillating Shear Presses
Direct coil feeding and transfer press feeding systems are provided with hydraulic type shear presses. Hydraulically driven shear presses are for applications that don't require high linespeeds. These machines utilize a unique toggle-type mechanism for coil feeding lines that require up to 150 FPM speeds and stroke rates up to 30 SPM.
Coil Strip Washers
Sesco Products Group offers a line of the Coil Strip and Blank Washers that offer brushless scrubbing of steel and aluminum materials. These machines feature pinch rolls, scrubbing rolls, and squeegee rolls all manufactured from 3M composite materials. The 3M type process rolls have a "self-healing" feature to assure long lasting performance. These machines can be configured directly into the coil processing lines or designed into a sheet destacking and feeding machine.

Spray Coaters / Lubricators
Sesco Products Group offers Spray Coaters/Lubricators for spraying drawing lubricants and/or rust preventatives to the blank. This airless spraying system can be mounted to the exit side of a blank washer or into a blank destacking system.
