250 - 350 Series Coil Straighteners
No matter what your requirement, COE Press Equipment has a Power Straightener to fit your need. Our 250 and 350 Series are designed to work exclusively with ServoMaster Series Roll Feeds for effective processing of light and medium gauge coil stock. These straighteners are capable of processing materials from 010" to .250" thick and up to 54" coil widths. This series of straighteners offers modular design and construction making the 250 and 350 Series the "best value in the industry".
Heavy Duty Coil Straighteners
COE Press Equipment Heavy Duty Power Straighteners are able to process material at widths from 1.0" to 84.0" and thickness from .010" to .62". The correct design of roll diameter and center distance spacing provides effective coil set removal for a wide range of material types and strengths. Our robust design allows you to pull-off coil weights up to 60,000 lbs. These heavy duty straigtheners offer breaker roll sizes from 3.0" to 8.0". Wide-faced roller "back-ups" are provided to eliminate roll deflection and optimize straightening results. Standard features on these machines include entrance and exit side pinch rolls, AC variable speed drives up to 100 HP, peeler-threader-hold downs for "hands-free" threading, loop control systems, automatic lubrication systems, and more.
